 KMBH-TV: The station is
located in Harlingen . The main tower is in
La Feria but has repeater towers in Brownsville, McAllen
and Welasco. The signal reaches deep into Mexico and easily encompasses the
following counties:
Cameron (378,311),
Hildago (678,275),
Starr (60,941) and
Willacy (20,382). The signal also gets
rebroadcast by local cable companies and satellite through DirecTV and Dish
Network into the other area counties including Jim Hogg, Brooks, Kenedy and
Zapata and even a bit of Webb, Duval, Jim Wells and Kleberg.
Out of the million plus people that we
conservatively count in Rio Grande Valley, Small BusinessSchool will seek to
have no less than 50K viewers per week. We will focus on identifying 8,000 of
the best small businesses in the Rio Grande Valley and begin to profile as many
as 800.
This show only considers those businesses that
have been recommended from within their communities. Though this
selection criteria is our guideline, we rely
mostly on the local chambers of commerce and the small business advocates who
will also be listed within the KMBH-TV pages. |
