Capital Access Programs by State: Background: In one of our episodes of the television show, we introduce our viewers to members of the Texas Capital Access Forum. They also work with the SEC's Direct Public Offering document called a U-7. To focus on the U-7 and the SEC's Small Corporate Offering Registration (SCOR), we go inside a few businesses that have done a SCOR to raise equity capital. Capital Access Programs.
