The 16th Hour in the 22th Time Zone.  Even though this time zone includes part of  Alaska, and the French Polynesia islands,  we also know this time zone is among the least populated on earth and it can share some of its Prime Time with other nations with an abundance of countries, particularly the 13th, 12th, 11th and  19th.

The key question is, "When it is 6 PM in the 23th, what time is it in the 10th?  This attempt to balance air times between the most populated and the least populated time zones is in its earliest stages of development.

The 0700th Hour (7 AM) in the 13th Time Zone.  There are twenty countries in this time zone and many of the countries stories will be run in this hour. The 13th time zone includes Iceland in the north, the United Kingdom,  and  Togo and Ghana in the southern hemisphere.

The 0800 Hour (8 AM) in the 12th Time Zone.   With 36 countries in the 12th time zone, many stories from these countries will be run in their morning slot in this time zone and late evening slots in the 15th time zone.  These stories will be about the good things that are happening in countries like Norway, Italy, France, including Algeria and to  Chad, Angola, and Namibia.  The 12th time zone has more countries within it than any other time zone.

The 0900 Hour (9 AM) in the 11th Time Zone.   There are 26 countries in this time zone, and stories from these countries will be run during the 23rd time zone Prime Time Hour.  The 11th time zone begins with Finland in the north, includes Greece and Turkey, and Israel, as well as Libya, Egypt,  and South Africa in the south.

The 01000 Hour (10 AM) in the 10th Time Zone.  There are 18 countries in tbe 10th Time Zone and some of the stories from these countries will also be run when it is 6 PM or 1800 hours in the 23rd Time Zone.
