Creating Jobs, Creating Wealth, Making Our World A Better Place

It Is Good To Recognize People's Gifts

Cities & Towns in Every State & Territory of the USA: Guaranteed loan programs from the federal government have become problematic.  The US Small Business Administration (SBA) has over  $70 billion dollars guaranteed through local banks. Of course, it is all the taxpayers' money and it all needs to be paid back.  In 2011 over $4 billion is subject to default.

On a positive side of this equation, since 1963 the President of the United States has issued a proclamation calling for the celebration of Small Business Week.  Small Business Persons of the Year have been recognized since 1978.

In this episode of the show you meet many people;  each is the Small Business Person of the Year from their state or territory.

There are segments with folks from North Carolina, California, Wisconsin, Hawaii, Detroit, and Rhode island. You'll also hear from winners from Maryland and Montana. And then, we reintroduce friends from other episodes of the show since 1994. There are winners from Delaware, Guam, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Washington.                          More...
