The Service Industry is the largest of all industries, employs more people and generates more dollars, than any other sector.

The value of the physical products involved within the transaction are important; however, the special talents of people are the primary value that is transferred. Because every business has a Customer Service component we can learn a lot from these people no matter what our business is.
